After studying fine arts in college, Héloïse got sick in her early twenties, which inspired her to become a yoga teacher and share the healing benefits of yoga. In the past 6 years, Héloïse has been dedicated to following her heart. She believes that yoga is a tool that can be used for self-healing, and a purification of mind and body.
Héloïse’s passion lies in helping and supporting others through their journeys back to their hearts and their true selves. She loves all things creative, and considers herself a donut connoisseur and an ocean lover. On a perfect Sunday, you can catch her relaxing with a face mud mask on, while reading a book or enjoying funny TV shows.
