We're passionate about helping people feel happy and free! Our team of volunteers brings together over 60 years of teaching experience in the areas of yoga, meditation, and emotional release.

 

Each facilitator undergoes intensive multiple-year trainings in the Open Awareness and Emotional Release with the KLF founders before offering. Our team's certifications include various branches of yoga (vinyasa, hatha, restorative, aerial, SUP), meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy, and degrees from top academic institutions, including Columbia University, L'École Normale Superieure, the University of Southern California, and the University of Edinburgh. We speak English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
