Teachings & Philosophy
Here are a few teachings that guide the programs that we offer.

Our natural inner space is peace.
As human beings, our natural inner space is peace and freedom. It is our unhealthy thoughts and emotions that cover this up.

We can let go of limitations.
We all have the capacity to let go of negative thoughts, emotions, and reactions inside us that cause suffering.

As we let go, we experience less suffering and greater clarity.
As we become free of our limitations, we experience more of our natural inner space of peace, love and harmony.

Everyone has the capacity to become happier and freer.
We all have the innate capacity to become happier and freer in our daily lives. When we understand how to interact with our emotions in a healthy way, we experience more ease, joy, and lightness.

In each moment, we can choose to learn and grow.
We can use our environment, relationships, and material world to support our growth. By taking active responsibility for what arises within us, we can use the external to support our journey of inner peace.

Here are a few philosophies that guide our approach to inner work.

Kindness, gentleness and consistency
Approach your practice with kindness, gentleness and consistency. When things arise, we can meet them with softness and openness, rather than force. With patience, self-compassion and sincerity, positive results unfold over time.

Direct experience
We don't teach a system of belief, trust, or devotion. We teach practical methods that emphasize direct personal experience.

Self-reliance
We teach tools to empower yourself, so that you do not have to be reliant on the outside. Self-accountability and self-responsibility are key.

Follow your heart
We are all on our own unique journeys. In all of our teachings, we emphasize the importance of free will and listening to your heart. We're not here to tell you what to do. It is up to you to decide for yourself what the right action may be for you, wherever you are in your process.

Question & inquire
We teach a path of self-inquiry and critical thinking. We invite you to use your own discernment and intelligence to question, consider, and inquire into everything.
