In a busy, fast-paced city such as Hong Kong, stress and pressure can have a large impact on our physical and mental wellness.

 

Meditation is a well documented and effective way to reduce stress and lessen emotional anxiety. Practicing meditation and mindfulness therapy can help us to better understand our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Our meditation centres around the approach of Open Awareness - an original technique that we have been developing for the past 10 years.

 

We teach a wide range of meditative practices to help quiet the mind. Our experienced facilitators offer support to:

 

  • Cultivate peace, acceptance, and self-love

  • Lower stress and reduce anxiety

  • Improve clarity and creativity

  • Relax the body to support grounded relaxation

  • Improve sleep

  • Enter and rest into deep meditative states

The Kriya Lightning Foundation Open Awareness Technique

Our Open Awareness technique is an original and simple meditative technique that has been refined over a period of 10 years. The practice allows us to let go of unhealthy thoughts and emotions so that we experience life from a freer and happier space. Practitioners often describe feeling lighter, calmer and more clear after using the technique, which has shown very positive results.

 

We offer introductions to Open Awareness both online and in-person.
