The Kriya Lightning Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to awakening human consciousness and supporting people to live in peace, inner freedom, and happiness.
Founded in 2019, the foundation seeks to support the wellbeing of people everywhere, through free teachings, workshops and international retreats.
We offer online a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats both online and in-person.
These include our Introduction to Basic Techniques class, Awakening Workshops, 1:1 sessions, international in-person retreats, programs for charities & NGOs, meditation classes, mental wellness workshops, and corporate wellness workshops.

No prior experience in meditation or inner work is necessary. The only requirement is a gentle willingness to look within.

If you are new to this work, we recommend starting with the Introduction to Basic Techniques class, where you'll learn and practice Open Awareness and Emotional Release.
