About the Event
This is a special workshop series from Kriya Lightning Foundation for the migrant domestic worker community in Hong Kong! We present this event in collaboration with AIA Carnival, with our community partner Social Justice for Migrant Workers.
In this free workshop, you will practice:
Gentle yoga - Relaxing and energizing stretching & yogic techniques to calm the nervous system and relax the physical body.
Guided Meditation / Open Awareness - A simple meditative technique to release stress that we have been developing for 10+ years. Open Awareness can be used to let go of any stress, tension, and negative emotions, so that you can feel lighter, calmer, and more peaceful!
This is a free event. Includes entry to the AIA Carnival. Please RSVP! :)
Thank you!
💛 - Meeting time is 10:30 am at the Meeting Point (next to Carnival entrance) -
