 About the Event

This is a special workshop from Kriya Lightning Foundation in partnership with Social Justice for Migrant Workers for the MDW community in Hong Kong!

In this free workshop, you will learn:

Open Awareness - A simple meditative technique to release stress that we have been developing for 10+ years. Open Awareness can be used to let go of any stress, tension, and negative emotions, so that you can feel lighter, calmer, and happier!

The goal of this workshop is to teach you tools you can use on your own, to reduce stress, increase peace and feel happier in your daily life!

The class will be offered in English.

This is a free event. If you would like to join, please RSVP! :)

Thank you!

About Kriya Lightning Foundation

The Kriya Lightning Foundation is a Hong Kong-based NGO dedicated to helping people around the world. What started off as two people figuring out how to deal with stress and emotional discomfort 10 years ago evolved into a journey to share discoveries of original techniques such as Open Awareness, to help others find peace and happiness within themselves.

We offer practical methods to train the mind and body to let go of attachments and resistances through meditative techniques. Our Open Awareness technique is a culmination of 10 years of refinement, designed with goals to help increase clarity and meet emotional challenges with proven results from our testimonials from our community.

Whether you’re looking to give meditation a try for the first time, or you’re an expert looking to expand your knowledge, our sessions and workshops cater to all who are looking to have a better relationship with themselves.
