 About the Event

This is a special workshop series from Kriya Lightning Foundation for the migrant domestic worker community in Hong Kong!  We present this event in collaboration with Peduli Kasih charity.

In this free workshop, you will be guided through a gentle and relaxing yoga class, followed by a meditation practice.

The goal of this class is to release stress, and become more grounded,  calmer and balanced.

In a safe and supportive space, you will be guided through a nourishing and relaxing practice to feel lighter, calmer, and more peaceful!

The class will be offered in English.

This is a free event. There is limited capacity, so please RSVP! :)

Thank you!

About Kriya Lightning Foundation

The Kriya Lightning Foundation is a Hong Kong-based NGO dedicated to helping people around the world. What started off as two people figuring out how to deal with stress and emotional discomfort 10 years ago evolved into a journey to share discoveries of original techniques such as Open Awareness, to help others find peace and happiness within themselves.

We offer practical methods to train the mind and body to let go of attachments and resistances through meditative techniques. Our Open Awareness technique is a culmination of 10 years of refinement, designed with goals to help increase clarity and meet emotional challenges with proven results from our testimonials from our community.

Whether you’re looking to give meditation a try for the first time, or you’re an expert looking to expand your knowledge, our sessions and workshops cater to all who are looking to have a better relationship with themselves.

Our Facilitator

She is a student in and facilitator of Cha Dao (the way of tea) and has been studying consciousness and training with the Kriya Lightning Foundation for over five years. Claire and her husband built the Anahata Temple in Portugal to offer and share some of these inner peace teachings.
