The Kriya Lightning Foundation NGO presents a special Christmas workshop on the theme of Happiness!

In this 3 hour workshop at the Eaton Hotel, the founders and head facilitators of the non-profit, Ariel Lee and Chris Tracy, will guide participants through emotional release to let go of blocks preventing us from experiencing a more effortless space of happiness. The aim is to support feeling lighter, happier, and freer in all areas!
